These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tarok Nurses Forum ("TNF", "we", "us") website and member portal. By accessing this website or using the portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About TNF

Tarok Nurses Forum is a unified network of professional nurses of Tarok origin — by birth, marriage, or lineage — dedicated to compassionate care, clinical excellence, member welfare, and community empowerment, headquartered in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria.

2. Membership & Eligibility

Membership is open to qualified, practicing, and student nurses who meet any of the following:

• Tarok descent by birth, marriage, or lineage.
• Raised or grew up within the Langtang community.
• Individuals with compassion for the Tarok people and commitment to our cause.

The Executive Council reserves the right to accept or decline applications and to suspend or revoke membership for breach of these Terms.

3. Dues & Payments

Members pay dues as determined by the forum. Payments are processed securely through Paystack and recorded against your account. Refunds are granted only as decided by the Executive Council. It is your responsibility to ensure payment information you provide is accurate.

4. Member Obligations & Acceptable Use

• Provide accurate, truthful information in your account and documents.
• Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the portal — including attempting unauthorized access, uploading malicious content, or harvesting member information.
• Treat fellow members with respect in all forum communications.

5. Documents & Content

Documents you upload (CVs, licences, qualifications, receipts) are used to verify eligibility and manage membership. You confirm you have the right to share them. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited licence to store and process it for forum purposes.

6. Privacy

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The TNF name, logo, and website content are the property of the Tarok Nurses Forum and may not be used without permission, except for lawful non-commercial reference to the forum.

8. Health Information Disclaimer

Content on this website is for informational and community purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for personal health matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNF and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the portal, or communications sent through them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes shall be subject to the courts of Plateau State.
